Luton, Bedfordshire - September 1 2016: Due to increased demand for their innovative mechanical consultancy and design services 361 Degrees are pleased to announce the hiring of four new members to their team.
The Luton based mechanical services consultancy and installation experts bring their total new hires to four after completing their latest round of recruitment; all in new roles.
The four women; Emma Parkins, Alison Reed, Lisa Watkins and Ingrid Goodenough join the 361 Degrees team in varying differing roles in marketing, project management and finance.

Emma Parkins - Content Marketing Executive
Emma has been appointed in the new role of Content Marketing Executive and has previous experience working within the financial sector with a proven success in referral marketing. Her passion for social media and expertise in public relations means she will bring a new added advantage to 361 Degrees marketing team.
Lisa Watkins - Finance Executive
Lisa holds several years’ experience working in a similar role to Accounts Assistant and we are pleased she could join the team, bringing a fresh analytical touch to the company.
Alison Reed - Service and Maintenance Executive
We are also delighted to welcome back Alison, who has previously worked part-time for us over the school summer holidays assisting with various administration duties. She will now be part of Service and Maintenance support, delivering excellent customer service to our clients and suppliers.
Ingrid Goodenough - Finance Assistant
Ingrid will be taking a lead role in our finance department, processing payroll, preparing invoices and managing accounts. With several years’ experience in accounts management already, we are excited to see which new processes she will introduce to benefit the finance team.
