This introduction to the team should give you an idea of what to expect from the process, but we’ll guide you through each stage in greater detail when you get in touch to discuss your project.
Consultancy
Our technical experts, led by Contracts Manager Oliver Green, have decades of experience conducting site surveys, validations and feasibility studies. You may already have an idea of your building’s needs, but Oliver’s team has the expertise to make sure we provide the best possible solution.
For example, you could have a heating system in place, but our assessment finds an air conditioning system that both heats and cools would be more efficient and provide a more comfortable environment. All our proposals are for the most appropriate solution at the fairest price.

Design
Our design service is led by Senior Design Consultant Iain Kyle, who works closely with clients, engineers and project managers to lay the groundwork for a smooth and efficient installation. Iain has worked on a vast range of mechanical and electrical design projects, so he knows how to avoid all the potential pitfalls that lead to delays and cost escalations in the absence of such a specialist.
The design team will factor in all your unique requirements and priorities before drawing up the plans for your system, whether you need to maximise efficiency, keep maintenance costs low or achieve a BREEAM rating.
Project Management
The designs are passed on to Head of Operations Tim Hibbert and his Project Management team. Tim’s experience includes more than 20 years overseeing office fit-out projects, so he’s an expert in coordinating multiple contractors and translating designs into schedules and plans.
Our installers are renowned for their reliability and professionalism and we keep disruption on the site to a minimum. We’ve found the handover stage to be a weakness in the industry, so we created a dedicated Commissioning team to certify your equipment, train you to use it, and provide full operation and maintenance manuals.
Servicing & Maintenance
Our relationship doesn’t necessarily end at the commissioning stage, as our servicing partner 361 Servicing provides regular maintenance as well as emergency support. Engineers such as Gavin Merry have earned us a reputation for reliable, friendly service and contracts are tailored to the needs of each customer, whether we installed the system or not.
Regular maintenance not only keeps running costs low, but is also a requirement of manufacturer warranties, so 361 Servicing will advise you on exactly what you need to keep your mechanical system running smoothly.
