Scope of Work

To supply and install LTHW / CHW pipework form the base build system to the 3no. CAM units. CAM units supplied by others. To ensure correct water flows to the CAM units and carry out water treatment to the LTHW / CHW, and sample as required.


To supply and install all pipework to the tea points, point of use water heaters, drainage including waste pumps and connect to base build services. Chlorination of new copper pipework on completion. Leak detection supplied and installed to all tea points.


To install 2no. Mitsubishi wall mounted air conditioning systems to the comms room. This includes all associated pipework, controls wiring and condensate pumps. Condensers located on the roof within the plant area. Test and commission as required.

 

To supply and install local extraction, cross talk attenuation and grilles as per drawing, with extract ducts facing existing base build bell mouths.

Very good at overcoming co-ordination issues, very good at submittals and very helpful with the testing and commissioning.
