Scope of Work

  • To supply and install x69 4 pipe fan coil units, LTHW / CHW copper pipework, commissioning valves and all associated fixtures and fittings including insulation are connected to the base build system. 
  • To supply and install all primary ductwork, associated dampers, grilles fixtures and fittings including insulation and connected to the base build system. 
  • To supply and install x4 wall mounted air conditioning systems to the L4 comms rooms, including all pipework, fixtures and fittings. 
  • To install all kitchen / tea point domestic water and drainage including waste pumps and water heaters with sinks & taps etc supplied by others.
  • To install all toilet domestic water and drainage including waste pumps and water heaters, with sanitary ware etc supplied by others. 
  • BMS system and controls for the above including head end and graphics has been installed. 
  • To carry out water treatment and water samples, water balancing and air balancing as required. Test and commission all of the above as required L4 & L5 BMS. 

Very good at overcoming co-ordination issues, very good at submittals and very helpful with the testing and commissioning.
