361 successfully delivered this project as a full design and build contract, in close collaboration with ParkLaine. Our scope of work included the following services:

• Heat Recovery VRF Air Conditioning
• Air Handling Unit / Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
• Boosted Cold Water Systems
• Point Of Use Hot Water Systems
• Above Ground Drainage
• Sanitary Ware Installation
• Automatic Controls
• Testing & Commissioning

We were engaged by our valued client, ParkLaine, to design a state-of-the-art, full mechanical system for the headquarters of Aptamer Group Plc. The facility required a combination of office and laboratory spaces, including CL1 and CL2 laboratories, distributed across three floors and spanning a total area of 18,000 square feet.

Very good at overcoming co-ordination issues, very good at submittals and very helpful with the testing and commissioning.
