Scope of Work - Phase 1

3rd and 4th Floors – 

 

361 Degrees designed, supplied and installed new Heat Recovery Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems to serve the Third Floor and Fourth Floor Offices. Systems come complete with condensing units, internal ducted fan coils, BC boxes, wall mounted controllers and all associated refrigerant pipe, cable and condensate services. Designed, supplied and installed new secondary ductwork from the ducted fan coils to deliver conditioned air to the Offices, terminating on ceiling mounted diffusers supplied by Gilberts. New primary ductwork, extending from the existing riser served from the existing AHU, to provide fresh air to the Offices and Toilet Blocks. New VAVs have been installed from the riser and Primary ductwork terminates to the rear of the fan coil units in the Offices, and onto ceiling mounted diffusers in the Toilet Blocks, supplied by Gilberts. New diffusers and flexible ductwork on the toilets extract ductwork serving the Toilet Blocks.


All secondary ductwork has been thermally insulated. Have also installed a new hot water cylinder to provide hot water to the Toilet Blocks. Installed hot and cold pipework to serve the Sanitary equipment in the Toilet Blocks and Cleaners Cupboards. Systems come complete with TMVs, trace heating and leak detection. Supplied and installed new above ground drainage to serve the Toilet Blocks and Cleaners Cupboards, terminating at the existing soil stacks. Installed free-issue sanitaryware within the Toilets Blocks. Provided a BMS panel for each demise and carried out testing and commissioning. 


Basement – 

 

Designed, supplied and installed new Heat Recovery IV Produkt Air Handing Unit, complete with integral heat pump to serve the New Changing Facilities and Tea Point, as well as a new Heat Recovery Unit to serve the Cycle Store. Designed, supplied and installed new primary ductwork, extending from the new AHU and Heat Recovery Unit, to provide fresh air and extract stale air from the New Changing Facilities and Tea Point. New VAVs have been installed on the ducts serving the Training Facilities.

Ductwork terminates on grilles and valves installed within the ceilings. Installed a new Extract Fan to serve the Bin Store.


Thermally insulated all secondary ductwork. Designed, supplied and installed a new hot water cylinder to provide hot water to the Changing Facilities and a point of use Water Heater to serve the Tea Point. Installed hot and cold pipework to serve the Sanitary equipment in the Changing Facilities and Tea Point. Systems come complete with Water Conditioner, TMVs, trace heating, Cat 5 / Bib Tap and leak detection. Supplied and installed new above ground drainage to serve the Changing Facilities and Tea Point, terminating at the existing soil stacks. Installed free-issue sanitaryware within Changing Facilities and Tea Point. Installed a New Smoke Extract system. System includes new fans, fire rated ductwork, fire rated lagging, smoke dampers and motorised fire dampers. Provided a BMS panel for the Basement and carried out testing and commissioning.

Scope of Work - Phase 2

2nd Floor –

We have installed two new VRV HVAC systems to serve the east and west side of the 2nd floor plus all primary fresh air ducting and extract. The system is controlled by 2 I touch controllers with BMS integration. We have also first and second fixed the male and female toilets plus the disabled toilet and created the hot water system in the cleaners cupboard. Leak detection and trace heating have been installed in the toilet area.
