We delivered a comprehensive package of mechanical and public health services as part of this refurbishment project. Works included the installation of Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery air conditioning systems, a new IV Produkt heat recovery air handling unit, and associated ductwork with fire and acoustic provisions, alongside new central and local controls. The comms room was supported with dedicated split systems for resilience. Public health works comprised new sanitaryware, a DDA-compliant shower room, upgraded hot water generation and circulation systems, and kitchen services including drainage, a Saniflo waste pump, and a leak detection unit. Together, these upgrades have enhanced occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and building reliability.

Very good at overcoming co-ordination issues, very good at submittals and very helpful with the testing and commissioning.
